SOME ADVICE:

If you would like to send Tatsuya fan-mail, and do not speak &/or write in Japanese, it is best to send him a short message in English instead of trying to use a software like babelfish to translate the message for you. Japanese is a very complex language and it is unlikely that these types of translators will be sufficient in translating your message to him. It is best to stick to a simple message.

Although Tatsuya did go to England to study English, do not take this to mean he will understand everything you write to him. If English is not your first language, I'd recommend finding a friend who could help you write your message - there may be someone on the Forum who can help you with this!
